Giclee Paintings Return and Exchange Policy
My giclee paintings, each meticulously produced to offer a superior level of artistic excellence. Your purchase may differ slightly from the image you see on the website, and there may be minor irregularities. For example, color and shades may vary considerably within an acceptable tolerance due to color calibration of the screen or an effect which is magnified to different degrees by computer screens. Understanding that purchasing art online involves trust, I have established a clear Return and Exchange Policy to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in acquiring artwork from me.
Returns & exchanges are therefore only allowed if the painting you purchased doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, we offer a hassle-free exchange or return process to rectify the situation promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom-made or personalized giclee paintings are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of these pieces.

We provide return product and refund payment within 7-10 working days.
