In college, I delved into two passions: art and graphic design. The question lingered: which would prove more lucrative? However, the advent of the computer age diverted my attention from the canvas to screens, leading me into the path of commercial artistry. After over two decades entrenched in the world of graphic design and commercial art, I found myself reuniting with an old love: painting.

My childhood was steeped in artistry, with encouragement echoing through the walls of my home. Drawing became second nature from a tender age, and the patience required for painting became a cherished trait during my school years.

Then, amidst the upheaval of the Covid era, an unexpected opportunity emerged—the chance to reconnect with painting. With time on my side, I delved into experimentation, particularly with challenging mediums like watercolors, and revisited beloved techniques like pen art. As the pandemic provided a canvas of solitude, I cultivated a collection of 25 to 30 paintings, reigniting my journey as a painter.

Why the name 'Greyworks' has been chosen?

I have named the collection my paintings ‘Greyworks’ as grey is my favourite colour and I resonate deeply to it.

Grey is often underestimated, but its positive qualities are numerous. Its versatility and understated charm make grey a quietly powerful and indispensable color in the palette of life. Grey is often associated with qualities of balance, neutrality, and sophistication. Its timeless allure lies in its ability to blend seamlessly with other colors, making it a versatile choice in various contexts. Pen Art Technique

Water Colours

Giclee is one of the best way to reproduce fine art.

What are Giclees: Giclee (pronounced Gee'clay) is a French term meaning to spray or squirt, which is how the printing is done.

It is much larger and more detailed printing. My paintings are printed on high quality archival paper.
